Our Couriers
We ship using reliable next-working-day courier services:

DX Delivery
Used for items over 205cm in length.
Once dispatched, delivery is expected the next working day. -
APC Overnight
Used for items under 205cm in length.
Once dispatched, delivery is expected the next working day. -
Private Courier
Occasionally, for irregularly sized or delicate items, we may use a private courier.
Most items are shipped via DX or APC.
If you need your item by a specific date, just contact us — we’ll do our best to make it happen!
Important Delivery Info
If your package arrives damaged:

Do not sign for it unless the damage is clearly documented with the courier.

Ask the delivery driver to record the damage on their system.

Immediately contact the courier’s customer service to report the damage.
RETURNS
We’re a family-run business and totally understand that sometimes people change their minds.
We accept returns and aim to make the process as simple as possible.
How to return an item:

Please ensure all items are returned in a resalable condition and without damage.

All our handmade pieces are carefully packaged:

Packed with loose fill to prevent damage during transit
