Deliveries are FREE for all orders!
As each item is handmade please allow between 4 - 10 business days before your unique piece is dispatched.
For larger items (Radiator Covers & Wall Art) please allow between 8 - 15 business days for the items to be dispatched.
We also offer an express shipping which guarantees dispatch by 4 working days for £59.99. This can be selected during checkout.

Delivered between 1- 3 working days after being dispatched (UK Mainland Only)
Item longer than 205cm will be delivery by Abby Logistics
APC
Next working day delivery after being dispatched (UK Mainland Only)
Items shorter than 205cm will be delivered by APC
Private Courier
On occasion delivery of irregular sized items will be arranged by on of our private couriers

RETURNS
As a family business we understand that sometimes our customers can change their minds.
We accept returns and try to make this a easy as possible for our customers, to return an item please follow the steps below:
- Email us at info@craftedwooduk,com with your order number informing us that you'd like to return your item(s)
- Return your item(s) by 14 days from the date you received your order to: CraftedWoodUK, Unit 8, Aldborough Hall Farm, London, IG27TD
- Once we receive your item(s) back we will then initiate a refund which can take up to 8 working days
ITEMS SHOULD BE RETURNED IN A RESALABLE CONDITIONS WITHOUT DAMAGE
PACKAGING
All of our unique items are wrapped in bubble wrap then placed our custom made cardboard boxes and packed safely with loose fill to protect items from knocks and bumps during transportation.
