9. Shipping and Delivery
9.1 We aim to dispatch orders promptly.
9.2 Standard shipping - dispatched within 4 - 10 working days and delivered the next working day from the dispatch date.
9.3 Express shipping - dispatch by/on 4 working days and delivered the next working day from the dispatch date.
9.4 Notifications are provided via email to update you on your order and delivery.
9.5 Delivery times are estimates only and delays may occur.
10. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds (Goods)
10.1 General

Unless otherwise clearly specified on the individual product listing, all our goods are made to order to your specifications.
10.2 Made-to-Order or Customised Items

Made-to-order, personalised, or customised items cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. Once your order is marked as processing it has been accepted in our workshop and the or has been started. However, please contact us to confirm if your order can still be cancelled, this will be at our discretion.

We may, at our discretion, accept returns of made-to-order items subject to a 20% restocking fee, provided that:

The item is returned unused, in its original condition,

You notify us within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds, minus the 20% restocking fee, will be processed within 14 working days after inspection.
10.3 Standard (Non-Custom) Goods

If a product listing specifically states that an item is standard (non-custom), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving it.

Returned standard items must be unused and in resaleable condition.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refunds will be processed within 14 working days after returned goods are received and inspected.
10.5 Exclusions
You cannot cancel or return:

Made-to-order/customised goods (except under 10.2 discretion),

Perishable goods,

Sealed goods unsealed after delivery where hygiene issues arise,

Items damaged by the customer.
11. Courses: Terms and Conditions
11.1 Course Eligibility

Participants must be aged 18 or over unless stated otherwise.

It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure the course is appropriate for their skill level.
11.2 Booking and Consumer Rights

Bookings made online are subject to a statutory 14-day cooling-off period unless the course starts within that period and you consent to waive your cancellation rights.
11.3 Health and Safety

Participants must follow all safety instructions and wear appropriate PPE.

Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.
11.4 Liability and Insurance

Participation is at your own risk.

We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage unless due to proven negligence.
11.5 Property Damage

Participants may be charged for intentional or negligent damage to tools, equipment, or premises.
11.6 Course Content and Changes

We reserve the right to make minor changes to course content, instructors, or schedules.
11.7 Refund and Cancellation Policy (Courses)

11.8 Late Arrival and Disruptions

Late arrivals may be refused entry if it disrupts the session.

Disruptive behaviour will result in removal without refund.
11.9 Photography and Media

We may take photos or videos for marketing.

By attending, you consent to this unless you opt out by informing us before the Course starts.
11.10 Intellectual Property

Course materials remain the property of CraftedWoodUK Ltd and cannot be copied without consent.
11.11 Data Protection (GDPR)

We comply with the UK GDPR.

Your personal data will only be used for administration, communication, and marketing (where consent is given).
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, pandemics, or natural disasters.
13. Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by English law.
Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
